Joe McKeehen came into Day 1 very aggressive, paying the most to see the flops (28), and paying the most pre-flop (17). He also had amazing hands all day, as he did not lose a single hand that he went to showdown with. He managed to get the largest chip lead, the biggest in the history of the final table, where he increased his chip count by 44.77%. This only solidified his running for the gold bracelet, as he did amazing on Day 2 as well. Day 2 chip counts:

Now only three players remain in the final table, with fourth place getting taken by Max Steinberg where he took $2,615,361; not a bad payday. McKeehen still the chip leader with a huge lead on the other two players. It has been an exciting poker tournament so far.
